Approach to Services

<Back STEP THREE: Ongoing Support & Coaching

Ongoing reinforcement and practice of the skills taught is critical to the success of any training program and that is no different in sales.  We provide three levels of support:

Hotline

I and my team are available via phone, email, chat, skype, etc., to help with specific selling opportunities.  We will use the methodology to debrief the specific customer/prospect situation, develop strategies and offer recommendation on specific tactics.

Case Study Review

Typically conducted during periodic sales meetings, case study review is an effective and efficient way to develop best practices.  All participants participate in the analysis and critique of each case. Discussion is lead by founder Jim Lewis.  Usually, 30-45 minutes is needed per sales person with an average of 5-10 opportunities being reviewed per person.

Mini-Workshops (Subject Specific)

Mini-workshops are subject specific 1-day programs that continue where the base program ends. The most frequently requested supplementat workshop is Negotiations. Negotations strategies and tactics are included in the core of the workshop program.  However, this program goes much deeper into practice simulations of difficult selling and negotations situations.  Mini-workshops are available for each of the eight core subjects listed under workshops.
